Wines from the Primitivo grape(also known as Primitivo in Italy) are comparatively unusual in the UK, but the best ones are highly prized.
Member Ian Shane has very kindly made a selection available to us from his cellar, all from the Turley Winery in California. The 8 bottles in this tasting are all 2016 but from different vineyards in different parts of California.
