Wine Tasting Dinner following AGM

Our AGM this year will be at the Victory Services Club, and will feature a wine tasting dinner with mature clarets from Chateau Pelan Segur 2010 (St Estephe) and Chateau Batailley 2009 (Pauillac) kindly donated by David Wakefield and Michael Daiches, as well as Grillo, Allegri from Sicily.

There will be a welcome glass of fizz on arrival, followed by the AGM and a three course meal with wine.

The menu will be as follows

Smoked Beetroot, poached pear, goats cheese, honey dressing and sourdough croute

Braised leg of lamb, lamb and caper bon bon, roasted carrot, pommes Anna Terrine, claret and mint sauce

Seasonal fresh fruit pavlova, berry compote, blueberry ice cream.
