Zack Charilaou, Restaurant Director for M Restaurants, will be hosting an Old World vs New World wine tasting and dinner at the award winning M Restaurant in the City.
He will be explaining the key differences in: styles, wine making techniques, terroir, culture, labelling of each of the wines selected for the event.
