Join us for a wine tasting dinner featuring fine clarets from the cellar of our member David Wakefield.

Following a reception with a glass of champagne, we will be treated to a three course meal, as follows

Salmon and Hot Smoked Salmon Mousse with Shallot, Tomato and Caper Dressing and
Wholemeal Toast

La Redonne Blanc, Côtes du Rhône, Jean-Luc Colombo, Viognier & Roussane, Rhône

Guinea Fowl Supreme with Garden Herb Mousse, Broad Bean and Spring Onion Potato
Cake, Fricassee of Wild Mushrooms, Broccoli, Carrots and Marsala Jus
