IWFS has a major initiative in progress to build relationships with catering colleges around the country as part of our efforts to raise awareness of the Society. We are aiming to support the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Following the three superb meals that we have enjoyed at West London University, we are visiting the Taste Restaurant at Hammersmith and Fulham College this time for their fine dining dinner on Thursday 30th April. The menu will be as follows and matching wines will be included.

Jellied ham Hock with Pea Custard, Piccalilli Sourdough crisps

Tarte au Citron Classique with Raspberries and Citrus Coulis
A vegetarian option will also be available – please notify us when booking if you require this.
We hope that you will be able to join us , and give the young chefs an opportunity to show us what they can do.
Taste is in the Hammersmith and Fulham College opposite Barons Court tube station.
