Event Description

Join us for the presentation of an IWFS Excellence Award to Pillars, the training restaurant for catering and hospitality students at the University of West London, one of the two top catering colleges in London.

We will be treated to a welcoming glass of fizz, followed by a three course meal with wine, and coffee.   We have had lunch here several times recently, and the quality has always been superb.  The menu will be as follows:

IWFS has a major initiative in progress to build relationships with catering colleges around the country as part of our efforts to raise awareness of the Society.  We are aiming to help support the next generation of hospitality professionals at a time when the industry is struggling with recruitment and costs.

We hope that you will be able to join us, to show our appreciation to the young chefs and give them another opportunity to show us what they can do..
