The Frog by Adam Handling

Many of you will remember the superb dinner that Adam Handling prepared for us at the Caxton in 2016.   We visited him again last year for another great meal, when he set up his own restaurant, The Frog, E1.   Now he has established his flagship, ‘The Frog by Adam Handling’ in Covent Garden, and, following an excellent test meal, we have booked his private room for a dinner this September.  Another fantastic evening is in the pipeline.

Adam is well known as a runner-up in Professional Masterchef, and a frequent competitor in such events as the Great British Menu.  He is gaining a reputation as one of the most innovative young chefs in the coming generation.   Our meal will be based upon his tasting menu, of which an example is given below, along with good quality matched wines specially chosen to complement this menu.   His descriptions are  somewhat cryptic, but the dishes are always worth tasting.  More precise details will be given nearer the time.    Rest assured that this will be another evening to remember.
