This event is designed to demonstrate the difference between the house brut, extra brut, vintage, extra sec and rosé champagnes, all made by Serge Matthieu, who is in the Côtes de Bar area, and renowned for making extremely fine Champagne. Chris first encountered his wines in a MW seminar on individual expressions of Champagne. Included in this event will be some historical details of the making of the wine, and we will be showing a still red and white wine of the area, not available in the UK.
A simple meal with canapés and will be served.
