Red Burgundy from the 1980‘s
– a tutored tasting of mature winesDate/Time
Date(s) - Tue 23rd Jul, 2019
The Naval Club
From many previous tastings we have found that older red Burgundy seem to last longer than many other top regions in France. Tonight, we have selected an eclectic range which hopefully will prove this.

1987 Beaune 1er Cru ‘Les Marconnets’ Tete De Cuvee – Remoissenet
1985 Gevrey Chambertin – Doudet Naudin
1983 Chambolle Musigny – Chantal Lescure
1983 Beaune 1er Cru ‘Toussaints’ Tete De Cuvee – Remoissenet
1983 Bourgogne Pinot Noir – Joseph Drouhin
