Indian Wine and Food Experience
A Saturday lunch with specially chosen Indian wines.Date/Time
Date(s) - Sat 23rd Jul, 2016
Dimple Spurrell reminded Andrew that we had had a wait list the last time we tried her Grover Zampa Wines with matching Indian dishes, and that all thought it was an especially good event with the wines pairing brilliantly with the dishes. We will enjoy a super time over a more leisurely lunch format, for all to join in, giving you a chance also to go shopping on Oxford Street!
Grover Zampa Wines – Nandi Hills, India was founded in late 70s by Mr. Kanwal Grover with Wine Expert from Bordeaux, Michel Rolland joining forces in 1995. A family run winery, Grover Zampa is now run by son Kapil, CEO and his daughter, winemaker Karishma. These wines have won 36 Grand awards showing their true craftsmanship, commitment to quality and unwavering fortitude.
We are also generously supported by Gaylord Restaurant who have created the menu to pair with the wines, to truly understand the intriguing process of food and wine pairing. Gaylord Restaurant, London was established in 1966 and is considered one of London’s oldest and most elegant Indian Restaurants. We will gather and sit down (with vegetarian options) to:-
