The decade of the 1970’s Bordeaux produced some exceptional wines particularly 1970, 1975, 1976, 1978, 1979 when the cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes thrived.

We have selected a range covering various Bordeaux regions.

1972 Chateau De Mauves – Graves
1975 Chateau Dauzac – Margaux
1975 Chateau Cabannieux – Graves
1976 Chateau Caronne- Ste- Gemme – St Laurent
1978 Chateau Lascombes – Margaux
1979 Clos Du Clocher – Pomerol
1979 Clos René – Pomerol 

The tasting will be accompanied by: a selection of cold meat, cheese, salad and French bread.
