There will be two tastings of English wines at the International Wine & Food Society International Festival in May 2018, sparkling wines and still wines. This is your chance to taste some of those exciting wines.

Hattingley Valley Classic Reserve, Hampshire, 12%.

Furleigh Estate Blanc de Noirs 2014, English Brut, Dorset, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, 12%.

Camel Valley Pinot Noir Brut 2014, Cornwall, 12.5%.

Bolney Estate Pinot Gris 2014, West Sussex, 11.5%.

Chapel Down Kit’s Coty Chardonnay 2013, North Downs, Kent, 12.5%, French oak.

Furleigh Estate Bacchus Fumé 2015, Jurassic Coast, Dorset, 12%, oaked.

Bolney Estate Pinot Noir 2013, West Sussex, 11.5%.

Hattingley Valley Entice, Dessert Wine 2016, 8.5%, from Bacchus grapes frozen to minus 10°C.

Brenda Lamb will provide a light supper, including puddings, after the tasting.
