An introduction to Champagne Esterlin cuvées and sustainable, ethical finest-quality Mottra caviar
The Cadestin Family have been growers on the Southern slopes of Épernay in Champagne since the nineteenth century. The House of Champagne Esterlin was founded just after the Second World War in Mancy on the “Coteaux sud d’Épernay” by Jean Cadestin and two partners.
Esterlin has a thoroughly justified reputation for excellent cuvées, created by Le Chef de Cave, Laurent Etienne. Their elegant, well-balanced champagnes win global accolades year-after-year and Esterlin makes one of the finest blanc de blancs in Champagne.
We will taste the full range of their excellent cuvées as well as a special 2008 Blanc de blancs.

The tasting will be accompanied by Mottra Caviar, from Siberian Osetra (Acipenser Baeril), a well-known gourmet caviar of the nobles, served at the Russian Imperial court. The caviar is grain-to-grain, not mushy and “malossol” – slightly salted.
