Boulestin, St James’s is the brainchild of restaurateur Joel Kissin and is his interpretation of a classic French restaurant that is based around the recipes and concepts of X. Marcel Boulestin who is widely believed to be the very first TV Chef and has been referred to as the “Doctor of the Philosophy of the table, Culinary Ambassador to the English, intelligent gentleman of France, man of the world, essayist of vigor and charm…”
