Many of you will remember the superb dinner that Adam Handling prepared for us at the Caxton last year. Now he has left to set up his own restaurant, The Frog, and another fantastic evening is in the pipeline.
Adam is well known as a runner-up in Professional Masterchef, and a frequent competitor in such events as the Great British Menu. He is gaining a reputation as one of the most innovative young chefs in the coming generation. Our meal will be based upon his tasting menu, of which an example is given below, along with good quality matched wines specially chosen to complement this menu. Precise details will be given nearer the time. Rest assured that this will be an evening to remember.
