Somewhat addicted to providing members (and himself) with a very fine and relaxing lunch, Andrew has pursuaded M ‘d Mathieu Germond to kindly offer renown Michelin Starred * restaurant Pied a Terre exclusively to the IWFS for a special lunch, composed just for us.
We will also be celebrating Andy McFadden’s recent return and appointment as Head Chef of the mothership.
Mathieu’s nose for a great wine will certainly match Andy’s superb cuisine.
Andrew will be testing the final menu and wines of course.
This is formal dining with style!

Dessert : Graham, Tawny Port 20yo , Douro, Portugal
Coffee & Petit fours : Blandy’s Harvest  Malmsey, 2006 Maderia, Portugal

Andy will need to vary the menu for the best ingredients on the day, and you can expect a couple of minor intermediary dishes. We will send you the menu a day or so beforehand, so any changes you need will be made for you. Of course there will be a brilliant vegetarian option – just let Andrew know.
