“Gola” in Italian is the equivalent of gluttony, aka the over-indulgence of food and drink. Not always properly appreciated, gluttony is considered one of the seven deadly sins.   Depending on the culture, gluttony can be seen as either a vice of a sign of status. The team at Gola want to redeem it from any unfortunate meaning, and offer it to you in its most elegant form: a guilt-free passion for exceptional food with wine to match.

Everything at Gola is driven by an unadulterated passion for nothing less than amazing food, so set your expectations high and enjoy the way your senses are delighted. “When one has tasted it he knows what the angels eat” -Mark Twain
